The Procurement Management Division (PMD) of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts conducts and oversees the federal Judiciary’s comprehensive nationwide procurement management program. Much of the purchasing for individual federal court units and federal defender organizations involves small purchases, which are conducted locally. “Solicitation for Review” provides current contracting opportunities. “Judiciary Provisions and Clauses” provides access to the Judiciary’s procurement regulations and “Frequently Used Links” provides access to some common government-wide links such as Federal Business Opportunities that identifies solicitation actions across the entire federal government. .
