The basic mission of the federal courts is to preserve and enhance the rule of law by providing to society a just, efficient, and inexpensive mechanism for resolving disputes that the Constitution and Congress have assigned to the federal courts. In support of this overall mission and the judiciarys primary business objectives, the judiciarys information technology program must identify, implement, and maintain cost-effective technology solutions.
