RadioShack Corporation v. Ruffin

On January 6, 2012, plaintiff RadioShack Corporation filed a complaint for injunctive and declaratory relief in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas against defendant Phillip G. Ruffin arising out of disputed terms in a lease between the parties.

On February 1, 2012, plaintiff filed a motion for a temporary restraining order and for preliminary injunctive relief, asking the court to restrain defendant from declaring plaintiff in default under the lease and pursuing subsequent remedies. The court heard oral argument on the motion on February 16, 2012 and denied plaintiff's motion.

On February 22, 2012, the court issued its Memorandum and Order, memorializing its findings.
