New Division Chief of Space and Facilities

Debra L. Worley has been named Chief of the Administrative Office Space and Facilities Division.

Worley joins the AO from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), within the Department of Homeland Security, where she established and directed since 2002 its centralized Office of Real Estate Services program. Prior to her work with the TSA, Worley spent over 23 years with the United States Secret Service, in the real property and emergency preparedness program areas.

Worley has over 25 years of experience in the federal real property field, with extensive knowledge of the principles and practices of space management, real property contracting/procurement, and budgeting. Her experience spans the entire spectrum of real property management, from her work early in her career as a realty specialist, to leading the complex, multiyear effort to build a new Secret Service headquarters building, and most recently the establishment of the real estate program at the TSA.
