Information Technology Head Named

Howard Grandier, former chief of the Administrative Office Systems Deployment and Support Division, has been named Assistant Director for the Office of Information Technology (OIT). In announcing the appointment, AO Director James C. Duff noted that Grandier is known to judges and IT staff throughout the Judiciary for his responsiveness to user needs and his customer-service orientation. Grandier joined OIT in 1991. As chief of his division, he was responsible for providing direct support to the courts for all major national applications and systems.
