Nearly all—95 percent—of the Judiciary’s 2010 annual appropriations goes directly to the courts of appeals, the district courts, and other judicial services in the following accounts: Salaries and Expenses, (which includes rent, judges and court personnel salaries, operating expenses, information technology and other uncontrollable costs), Defender Services, Court Security, Fees for Jurors, and other Judiciary Accounts.
