    • Civil Rules 4, 5.1, 9, 11, 14, 16, 26, 30, 31, 33, 34, 37, 40, 45, 50, 71.1, and 78; Comprehensive Restyle Civil Rules 1-86; Restyle Illustrative Civil Forms; and new Civil Rule 5.2; and
    • Criminal Rules 11, 32, 35, 45, and new Rule 49.1. (The Judicial Conference also approved the recommendation to abrogate the Model Form for Use in 28 U.S.C. ยง 2254 Cases Involving a Rule 9 Issue in the Appendix of Forms to the Rules Governing Section 2254 in the United States Courts.)
