Proposed Amendments to Rules
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) proposes to amend its Rules of Procedure. In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 331 and 28 U.S.C. § 2071, the FISC hereby presents its proposed Rules and seeks public comment on them. The draft Rules can be viewed by accessing the “Proposed Amended FISC Rules” link below. The FISC Rules that are currently in effect may be viewed by accessing the “2006 FISC Rules” link.
