Abstract: 

The Ohio State Accountability-Based Sanctions Internet Training Project was designed to enhance juvenile justice professionals' knowledge of sanctioning models and their impact on case management and aftercare planning in a format that would allow for convenience and flexibility in training. The authors describe the benefits and drawbacks of the distance learning format for these trainees, and their solutions to some of these drawbacks.
