Organizational Readiness in Corrections

Many correctional agencies are pursuing evidence-based practices in reentry; however, implementation of these practices frequently meets with resistance and challenge. This article examines the impact of a continuous on-site training model to advance successful implementation of evidence-based practices in correctional settings.
