Online Chat Improves Service to Public

Have a question about bankruptcy? Some U.S. bankruptcy courts are inviting people with questions to join them in online chats.
The Arizona Bankruptcy Court was the first bankruptcy court in the nation to offer information seeks the option of an online chat. Bankruptcy courts in New Mexico and Nevada liked the idea, and now offer the same option.
Rather than voice messages, users send and receive text messages. It’s convenient and immediate, connecting those with questions with a court staff member.
