Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review – Proposed Amendments Published for Public Comment
Under the authority granted by 50 U.S.C. § 1803(g), the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review (“FISCR”) is proposing an amendment to Rule 15(d) of its Rules of Procedure. By posting a draft of the proposed amendment, the Court is providing the public with notice and the opportunity to submit comments concerning the proposed amendment. Any comments on the proposed amendment should be sent to email@example.com. The comment period will close on April 27, 2018, after which the FISCR will consider any comments received, make revisions as it deems appropriate, and then transmit the amended Rules of Procedure as directed by 50 U.S.C. § 1803(g).
