Delayed Employee Arrival/Unscheduled Leave/Telework
The Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building and the Court Operations Support Center are accessible and operating normally on January 27, 2015, with a 2 hour DELAYED ARRIVAL.
Employees are granted up to 2 hours absence from their normal work schedule without charge to leave to report for work. The delayed arrival is expected to accommodate weather conditions and ensure everyone's safety. Employees capable of teleworking are expected to work their entire work schedule. Supervisors are encouraged to approve requests to telework where practical, or approve unscheduled leave for those employees who cannot report to work or telework. Supervisors must be consulted and approve any change in work schedule.
