COLA for Federal Judges in FY 08
P.L. 110-161, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2008, waived Section 140 of Public Law 97-92. Consequently, justices and judges of the United States are authorized to receive a cost-of-living adjustment for fiscal year 2008. The new salaries for FY 2008 are:
