 | Vol. 37, Number 6June 2005 Supreme Court Fellows to Serve in 2005-2006 Four Supreme Court Fellows have been named to serve in 2005-2006. Emery G. Lee III, currently an assistant professor of political science and law at Case Western Reserve University, will participate in the Supreme Court Fellows program at the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. David Nersessian, General Counsel to St. Catherine's College Foundation at Oxford and an adjunct lecturer in law at Boston University School of Law, will be the Fellow at the Supreme Court. Melanie Peyser, project director for the USAID Judicial Systems Development Project in Central Asia, will be the Fellow at the Federal Judicial Center. Regina Stone-Harris, currently a law clerk for Judge Edward C. Prado (5th Cir.), will be the Fellow at the U.S. Sentencing Commission. Typically, Supreme Court Fellows come from a wide range of diverse professions and academic backgrounds. Through work assignments and projects, they gain insight into the contemporary policy issues facing the Judiciary, as well as an appreciation of the nature of judicial administration, and improve both the operation of the federal judicial process and the public's understanding of it. |  |
