New Division Chief of Space and Facilities
Debra L. Worley has been
named Chief of the Administrative
Office Space and Facilities
Division.
Worley joins the AO from the
Transportation Security Administration
(TSA), within the Department
of Homeland Security, where
she established and directed
since 2002 its centralized Office
of Real Estate Services program.
Prior to her work with the TSA,
Worley spent over 23 years with
the United States Secret Service, in
the real property and emergency
preparedness program areas.
Worley has over 25 years of experience in the federal real property field, with extensive knowledge
of the principles and practices of space management, real property
contracting/procurement, and budgeting. Her experience spans
the entire spectrum of real property management, from her work
early in her career as a realty specialist, to leading the complex, multiyear
effort to build a new Secret Service headquarters building, and
most recently the establishment of the real estate program at the TSA.
