PSI Shell Team Wins
2004 Director's Award

Four hurricanes in a row nearly thwarted efforts to gather the PSI Shell Team in the Southern District of Florida’s Probation Office for a group photo celebrating their selection for a 2004 Director’s Award for Excellence in Court Operations: Court Technology. Together they developed the first database application in the nation to write presentence investigations (PSI). The winners are, from left to right: Oscar Valdivia, Katherine Koonce, Virginia Cataldo, Mark Mussatto, Gregory Jenkins, Helen Davis, Edward Cooley, Slavica Nikolic, Barbara Lavin, and Mike Thompson.
