Director’s Form 4100S is designed to address temporary amendments to sections 501, 502, and 1329 of the Bankruptcy Code made by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (the CAA), which became law on Dec. 27, 2020. Although the CAA amendments elapsed one year after enactment, Form 4100S remains available to the extent that a court determines it is applicable after sunset of the amendments.
