Reentry Intitiatives: A Study of the Federal Workforce Development Program

The federal Workforce Develoopment Program (WFD) was established to assist ex-offenders in their transition from prison into the community setting. The author looked at a sample of offenders in a workforce development program to find characteristics of probationers that are associated with and predictive of successful reentry.
