Validity and Utility of the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry

The author draws on data of 537 registered sex offenders on Kentucky's Sex Offender Registry. Results show more than one-third of all registered sex offenders do not have photographs accompanying their listings and more than one-quarter of all urban registrants do not have addresses provided or have addresses that are either commercial listings or non-existent.
