Log in for Privately Funded Seminars Disclosure System

In September 2006, the Judicial Conference adopted a private seminars disclosure reporting policy that requires educational program providers and judges to disclose certain information relevant to judges' attendance at privately-funded educational programs. A current list of providers disclosure reports is posted for public viewing. The rationale and purpose for the policy are discussed in detail in a "Statement of Purpose" that was prepared by the Judicial Conference Committee on the Judicial Branch.

Disclosure of relevant information by seminar providers does not signify that the provider or a particular program has been endorsed by either the Judicial Conference or the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Neither the Judicial Conference nor the Administrative Office has independently verified or otherwise substantiated the accuracy or completeness of the information reported by seminar providers.
