The estimation of unliquidated claims made against PG&E, currently in Chapter 11 reorganization, by victims of Northern California wildfires, was withdrawn from the bankruptcy court to the district court in order for the court to consider:

  4. The 11 U.S.C. 502(c) estimation of unliquidated personal injury and wrongful death claims against Debtors for all purposes under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2).
