Plaintiffs filed this action challenging the President’s second Executive Order on immigration that goes into effect on March 16, 2017. Plaintiffs seek a finding that certain sections of the Executive Order are contrary to the Constitution and laws of the United States, and enjoining Defendants from implementing or enforcing those sections. Plaintiffs further seek entry of a temporary restraining order on a class-wide basis. The hearing on this matter was conducted on March 15, 2017.
