Results-based Framework for Post-conviction Supervision Recidivism Analysis

This article presents the progress that the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has made in building the infrastructure to measure recidivism and includes findings from two recent recidivism studies comprising over 185,000 offenders supervised in the 50 states.
