An Evaluation of an In-prison Therapeutic Community: Treatment Needs and Recidivism

Research has found mixed results regarding Therapeutic Community (TC) programming and favorable outcomes over time. The current study examines the prediction of three-year recidivism outcomes using multiple psychosocial and criminal thinking predictors. Results indicate that the Hostility and Entitlement measures were significant predictors of three-year recidivism rates.
