Abstract:
The authors report on a web-based, statewide survey of Texas line probation officers and direct-care staff, investigating 1) any determinant factors that shape turnover intention and 2) pay satisfaction's influence on organizational outcomes, such as overall job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention.
