Date:
Abstract:

An interactive multi-session curriculum, WaySafe, was developed to train incarcerated individuals in substance abuse treatment to recognize, prepare for, and avoid risky behaviors around health risks during their reentry to the community.  This study examined gender differences in background risk factors and baseline and post-intervention knowledge, confidence, and motivation measures, and program length.
