04/24 - Advisory Committee discussed suggestion (Tab 4 of agenda book) and retained it on agenda for further study.
Referred to the Amicus Subcommittee. At spring 2025 meeting, Advisory Committee recommended proposed amended rule for final approval. Final approval by Standing Committee June 2025.
