Juveniles are now using computers to commit fraud and counterfeiting offenses that were once only adult offenses, expanding the monetary costs of delinquency. In addition, juveniles can now use computers to commit offenses across the country or even around the world. Author Arthur L. Bowker explores the ramifications of �computer delinquency� and why it needs to be addressed in this article on a brave new world of offending.
