Abstract:
Using a randomized controlled experimental design, the authors assigned juvenile POs to three experimental training groups. Using qualitative interview data, this study suggests that PO roles do not have a direct influence on perceived views of training and probationers. These findings have important implications for structuring EBP training and implementing EBPs in probation agencies.
