With December 15 marking the 222nd anniversary of the Bill of Rights, you can test your knowledge with a 10-question quiz about the first ten amendments to the Constitution. On December 15, 1791, Virginia became the eleventh state to ratify the first ten amendments, formally making the Bill of Rights part of the Constitution. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt first declared a national Bill of Rights Day on Dec. 15, 1941.
