| Overview of the Position | Chief Judge Troy L. Nunley is seeking candidates for a two-year, term law clerk position in his Sacramento chambers. The incumbent will conduct extensive research and writing on a wide range of issues that arise in federal litigation. Applicants must be available for a starting date of employment on or shortly after June 16, 2025. Judge Nunley will expect work to be performed in our Sacramento courthouse on a regular and recurring basis. Limited availability of telework may be available subject to Judge Nunley’s approval. |
