Position Description
As an IT Support Specialist (AI Focus), you’ll do more than troubleshoot—you’ll explore how emerging AI tools and techniques can solve real-world IT challenges. You’ll collaborate with program managers, IT team members, and court colleagues to design and implement smart, innovative solutions that make technology more efficient and impactful.
We’re seeking a motivated, curious, and collaborative individual who:

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement Generative AI applications.
- Conduct hands-on research in AI and share practical insights with the team.
- Enhance documentation, workflows, and processes by integrating AI tools.
- Provide general/IT help desk/VOIP phone support.
- Contribute to technology solutions that support the administration of justice.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field OR one year of full‐time specialized experience.
- Experience using and supporting Microsoft Office products and other Office365 applications.
- Ability to evaluate processes and procedures and develop innovative tech solutions that increase efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with VOIP phones.
- Familiarity with case management system.
Duties may at times require working outside of normal business hours or local travel. Physical effort may be involved.
