Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a significant leadership role
- Proven success managing remote and distributed teams and collaborating across departments
- Experience leading complex projects and initiatives with demonstrated successful results
- Ability to translate emerging technology into secure, practical business solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can explain complex technology in clear, easy to understand terms
- A reputation for professionalism, integrity, diplomacy, sound judgment, and delivering excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a legal or court environment, particularly in a federal or state court
- Familiarity with courtroom technology and CM/ECF
