Judicial Facts and Figures is a set of tables containing historical caseload data for the federal Judiciary for fiscal years 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, and 2018 through 2023. This publication includes data on the U.S. courts of appeals, the U.S. district courts, and the U.S. bankruptcy courts.
